Specialty MIllwork covers projects
involving reproduction /production of:

-Moldings no longer available, in unusual materials
or configurations using complex machining.

-Interior and exterior architectural details no longer
in production.

-Doors and window components no longer in
production.

-Lathework, spindles, posts etc, that must be
custom made.

As a natural result, much of this work is for historic
restorations, either personally motivated or
dictated by the fact that a building is in a regulated
historic district.

Moldings etc still in commercial production are not
taken for competitive bid.
